The turn-around time for analyses depends on the analysis itself and the number of samples submitted. In general a turn-around time for the completion of water samples is in the order of 5 to 10 working days. Some 1000 samples for primary sample preparation and ICP-OES analysis could take more than 20 working days and the complete analysis of one coal sample may be in the order of 1 month, depending on the analyses required (done in Tete or our partner laboratories in South Africa).

 

Total work load of the laboaratory is the most important factor and you are therefore requested to enquire about the expected turn-around time for your samples with the quotation.
